Samsung Galaxy S8 Not Present at MWC 2017


After the issue of the plan delayed the launch of Samsung Galaxy S8 outstanding, company executives finally spoke. In one occasion, President of Samsung Koh Dong-jin unveil the company's plans related to the launch of the Galaxy S8.


Quoted by Reuters on Tuesday (01/24/2017), Koh dong jin ensure the Galaxy series S8 will not be introduced at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2017. The decision is fairly new, considering the MWC is often a brand-new device introductions Samsung.


Unfortunately, Koh dong jin no further comment regarding the scheduled launch of a premium smartphone successor to the Galaxy S7. However, some analysts said, the likely introduction Galaxy S8 will be made after the MWC event takes place.

The decision to delay the launch of the Samsung Galaxy S8 indeed have predicted a number of parties. Reports the Wall Street Journal last year said the company was chosen to introduce the new smartphone was outside the MWC 2017.


Samsung is uncertain reason to delay. Only, look out of the case on the Galaxy Note 7, the possibility of these companies want to ensure similar incidents do not happen again.

Although no official information on the Galaxy S8, several issues had already been raised. According to reports, this smartphone will come with two options namely Exynos 8895 chipset and Snapdragon 835

Galaxy S8 also reportedly supported 8GB RAM, dual cameras 12MP, 8MP front camera, and the S Pen as an extra accessory. For design, the device is touted to be present with a curved screen without the presence of physical Home button.
